Louisa Price one of my long term clients and the person I like to wind-up the most 😂
If any one ask she has a blue badge in squatting and her learner plates are still on - all jokes aside Louisa is my client and friend and she has come a long way since she started with me at the Bunker💪🏻

To be fair to Louisa she works full time and has 3 children to look after(1 being her husband Darryl Price 😂) she puts in 2 hard sessions with me every week and at least 2 sessions in her own time😎 - always striving for improvement!!

Here is my long term client and friend Leon Padfield in the shape of his life!!
We pushed Leon’s bodyweight higher than it’s ever been this year with relatively tidy condition before pulling him down to the leanest condition he’s ever been in before on the NorrStrong online plan!!
Leon hasn’t had the easiest of years this year with ongoing personal issues and navigating family bereavement but without fail or excuse he executes what I ask him to do from one week to the next!
The budgie smugglers are out and he may be standing on stage very soon - keep your eyes open 😈😈

My friend and Client nailing the holiday prep as per usual 👍
There was a very bumpy patch at the start of the NorrStrong online plan due to an injury that needed sorting but Craig eventually overcame this and smashed his plan going above and beyond😈😎💪🏻.
Husband, father of 2 and a successful business owner got s**t done by getting up at 4am every day to lift and do his cardio some days twice a day morning and night

Juggling 3 children, the 6 weeks school holidays and a very demanding husband 😂😂 she’s now in awesome shape ready for her holiday 💪🏻🎉!
It’s been a pleasure working with and she’s not done yet 😈💪🏻

Im making this post as one of my clients Morgan Lloyd Rees genuinely impressed me with his dedication this week!
Morgan’s partner Amy Rhianon had issues with her car so he’d loaned his car to her leaving himself without a vehicle.
Without hesitation he jumped on his son’s BMX(like a scene from the Goonies) and peddled the 4.7 mile journey to my gym not to miss out on his PT session!!.

Bish, Bash, Bosh now that’s what hard graft looks like😎👌.

Jacob Isaacs has pretty much nailed his online training and nutrition over the last 12 weeks without fail and it’s been a pleasure working with him👍.
Over the next 12 weeks we will be implementing a lean gain phase - he has some areas he’d like to improve on and as football season is fast approaching this will keep him topped up energy wise for the up and coming football season
