🚨 Easter Holidays Youth Training Program – TJ11 Fitness 🚨
For ages 13–17
Back by popular demand after the success of our February program, we’re excited to bring it back this Easter!
This program is built for young athletes and individuals who want to train with confidence, purpose and proper technique. Each session is designed to help you improve safely while pushing your performance to the next level.
You’ll focus on:
• Strength development
• Athletic performance
• Professional level recovery ❄️♨️
Our goal is simple - help every participant train smarter and more effectively, just like the pros.

The Plan -
Tuesday, 7th of April
Session 1 – Speed & technical session
⚡ Speed, agility and movement efficiency training
🏃♂️ High-intensity speed session
📍 Clydach Running Track
⏰ 9am to 10am
Wednesday, 8th of April
Session 1 – Strength (Weights)
🏋️♂️ Structured, coach led strength training session.
📍 TJ11 Fitness gym, Porth
⏰ 9am to 10am
Friday, 10th of April
🚲 Recovery spin on bike
🙆🏻♂️ Mobility & stretching
❄️ Professional recovery using TJ11 Fitness’ contrast recovery facility to enhance recovery and reduce fatigue.
