Well folks that brings our clay competitions for 2025 to an end and I think it’s safe to say we got it across the line today with a pleasing variety of targets.

Just the 1 target slipped away from Kenny Thomas to give him the outright win with 49/50 super stuff Kenny👏🏼
Close on his heels was Gerard Donnelly & Gareth Simmons with 48’s and a couple of 47’s from Brian ONeill and Peter Rose well done chaps 👏🏼

2025 Ulster Open Sportrap

We couldn’t have asked for better weather conditions for this year’s Ulster Open Sportrap. Competitors tackled 100 sporting targets under ideal skies, making for a great day of shooting.
Last year’s champion, Gerard Donnelly, set the pace once again with a score of 95, holding off strong challenges right up to the final layout. He claimed High Gun honours, with Gareth Warren close behind on 94, earning the Runner-Upbadge.
Category Winners:
* Ladies High Gun: Ciara Carley – 88
* Super Veterans High Gun: Ian Hamil – 86
* Veterans High Gun: Sam Gorman – 81
* Junior High Gun: Alfie Moore – 81
