We arent great at posting on our facebook but we are still here. We obviously arent meeting up to run these days and we are missing Gosford terrible. Thankfully running is something that can be done straight from your front door and all you need is a pair of trainers. Our AMAZING coach big Ross has been keeping us all motivated. Last week saw our first team challenge. Our international stars took on the local stars in a 10km social distance race. We all ran 10km each and shared our times with the group, which were added together and that gave us our final scores. On this occasion the superstars were the international team!! Well done guys and girls. Brilliant effort from everyone involved.
We hope to be back in Gosford soon but until then stay safe. 🏃‍♀️💕
