We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our security business in Newry.

Job Description:

Conducting office administration activities including sending emails, printing, copying and all general administration duties.
Answering all inbound calls and transferring/sending messages when required.
Sending invoices and assist with payroll/basic accounting.
Carrying out compliance required for the screening and vetting of security officers.
Support onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Staff scheduling and arranging shift cover.
Maintain organised filing systems and manage office records.
Provide general administrative support to office manager.

Education Required:

Three GCSEs grades A*-C in English and Mathematics) or equivalent.

Skills Required:

Previous experience of working in an admin role is preferrable, however full training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of IT literacy including Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate with people in a professional and friendly manner.
Professional phone manner.
Good time management.
Language: English (required).
