Happy new year folks, hope you all had a restful Christmas break?

Class will resume Monday 5th at 7pm - 8.30pm.

New members welcome, though I'm firmly and reliably informed mums aren't allowed to attend same class as their children!!

If you had the wine, pudding, mince pies, chocolate oranges, tunnocks tea cakes or in my case, all of the above, it's time to work it off 😁

Not long back from the British Taekwondo National poomsae championships, a very well run event this year with some world class performances on display over 2 days.

Privileged to work with some of the finest and most experienced referees in the world and of course our very own GM Glen Culbert, GM David Bailey and GM Tong Wan Shin among many others. As always a great showing from the United Taekwondo Association Northern Ireland contingent. With Master Kambiz R Ali overseeing the event, everything ran smoothly and even ahead of schedule!

Wonderful to see the progression of the UK national referees, many of whom will be aiming for their International Referee qualification in the near future, a testament to the referee pathway developed here in the UK.

Gentle reminder that we are back to class on Monday 1st September, beginners are more than welcome. If you're not sure which class to come to, just turn up and we'll sort you out.

Monday - 7 - 8.30 - Senior grades, adults and Year 8 and upwards beginners.
Tuesday - 6.30 - 7.30pm, Juniors aged 7+
Tuesday 7.30-9pm - Senior grades, adult and Year 8 and upwards beginners.

Monday nights 7pm to 8.30pm, secondary school ages and up.

Tuesday night's 6pm to 7pm for junior students, 7pm to 8.30pm for seniors.

We will be inviting new members to come and have a taster session next week.

Monday evening from 7 to 8.30 for students of secondary school age and above.

Tuesday evening will be for junior students over the age of 8 from 6.30 to 7.30pm.

Remember, every black belt started as a white belt!

After the Easter break, when the kids are back to school, we will be opening up to new students again on our Monday night classes. These are intended to be for senior graded students, young adults, secondary school age and above up to adult beginners.

Tuesday nights will be for our younger members, minimum age 8 years.

Feel free to message the page if you are thinking of starting or have any questions, we are always happy to let you come down and see what it's all about.
