Skinny jabs are everywhere now. Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy — more and more folk are on them every week.
And listen — no judgement here. The jab’s a brilliant tool. It quiets your appetite so you eat less. But a tool isn’t a system. It won’t train you, it won’t build you a single ounce of muscle, and it won’t fix bad eating habits. That part’s still on you.
Do nothing else and up to 40% of what you lose can be muscle — not fat. Then most folk come off it, and two-thirds piles back on within a year. You end up worse than you started.
