Just taking a minute to appreciate Adam Banks 👏🏼
Adam has been on and off in the gym; however, in the last few months, his commitment and dedication has become unmatched. I’m so proud of how he has completely turned his life around. He now has a stone off since Christmas! there will be more transformation photos coming from him very soon.

I have never seen someone so determined and i am so beyond proud of .milligan.98 for prioritising his health and remaining determined this year, from being a complete beginner in january, to being in the gym 4-5 days a week! his hard work is paying off and his fitness is the best it’s been! he works long hours everyday and he is proof that if he can make time for the gym, anyone can!🏋🏽‍♂️💪🏼
