Established in 2020 Shine Sports for All provides professional sports coaching programmes and activities for both children and adults. We aim to create fun football and sports classes that build self-confidence and life skills. Every session delivered by our coaches is designed to encourage everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, to be more active. We aim to ensure that every participa
nt not only learns, but also has fun in a pressure - free environment. We have developed sports sessions for children under the age of 5, fun sporting activities for families, and sessions involving football for the over 50’s who want to keep fit and active. Additionally, with an early year’s specialist, we have devised a programme of multi - sports sessions for young children who are in nursery and pre-school. These sessions aim to introduce them to football and develop skills like agility, balance, co-ordination, and social skills. The impact of a positive sporting experience can last a lifetime. Whether you are a capable athlete, or brand new to the sports pitch, we hope to prepare you for a lifetime of confidence, improved self-esteem, new friendships, healthy lifestyles, creativity, resilience, and more. All while developing a passion for sport and physical activity.
