Time for some reflection…

As the year comes to an end it’s the perfect time to reflect on the last 12 months and what has been achieved. I’m the type of person who’s always focused on the next goal, which means I don’t always stop to acknowledge how far I’ve come - and imposter syndrome has definitely played a role in that too! (More on that soon soon…)

Anyway, after a proper reflection and some much needed self reassurance, I wanted to share some of my (big) career and fitness wins this year!

💻Finished my MSc with a distinction
👩🏼‍⚕️Became BASRaT accredited
👩🏼‍💻Became self employed
🏉Started work in semi-pro sport
🏟️Covered a game in the principality stadium
💉Completed a dry needling course
🥂Celebrated a season working with Scarlets Rugby as an intern
🎓Graduated said MSc
🥇Summer league promotion
🏅10k pb !!
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿Started working within the Welsh women’s pathway

Taking time to reflect like this has been really special, and it’s important to allow myself to feel proud of everything I’ve achieved. To the girl who thought 2023 couldn’t be topped after graduating for the first time… turns out it only got better🫶🏼

So many amazing people have contributed to this successful year, and if you’ve been involved in any way then thank you from the bottom of my heart🤍

There have been countless personal wins alongside these, and the growth this year has been constant. Here’s to 2026 and seeing this journey takes me next✨

Time for some reflection…

As the year comes to an end it’s the perfect time to reflect on the last 12 months and what has been achieved. Admin, rehab sessions, game days, and an exciting new opportunity to step in and cover for Ospreys Junior Academy💪🏼

1. Staff meetings
2. SUWRFC game day
3. Quins v Newport
4. Did some rehab at HQ with women’s pathway players!
5. PDC training days
6. Game day concentration😎
7. SUWRFC building as a team each week
8. Winning conversion feels🔥
9. Apparently .s has the strongest neck in North Wales…
10. Post op ACLR (the best opportunity to try out different rehab exercises)
11. Rehab running (ACL, ankle sprains, concussions)
12. Enjoying a rare weekend off work

Enjoying a few quieter weekends before the women’s .west block goes 💥BOOM💥 from next week!
