Active stretch workshop for beginners & advanced.

Saturday 22nd February
1-3pm. £30 pre paid to to secure a spot.

This workshop is for 16+ adults who want safe, effective ways to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Learning how to safely stretch and activate their legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.

Techniques are drawn from circus contortion, Pilates, and Yoga techniques.

The class will focus on creating space and strength in the thoracic and lumbar spine needed for deeper Backbends. Suitable for all levels.

Miranda is an International Circus Artist, with a background in Physical theatre and Acting. She has 10 years experience working as a personal trainer and coach in London.
