Another great effort from our Poole Development camp this week! 🤩🩷

The girls continued conversations around 2 and 3 player combinations, and started to put the moves into practice with some overloads before a very competitive game of bingo!

Another great effort from all of the girls who attended our Off Season Training Camp on Saturday.
From plyometrics to sprinting, conditioning to technical ball work, the girls showed great application and desire to improve themselves ready for next season.

This July we’re excited to welcome former AFC Bournemouth Women midfielder Jess Treweek for a special one-off Midfielder’s Workshop.

This 2.5 hour session is designed to develop the key skills that help midfielders dominate the game. We’ll explore how to become more confident, composed and creative both in and out of possession in a focused and supportive environment.

Our first Off Season Training Camp session on Saturday morning was a huge success despite the challenging weather! 🌧️👏🏼

The girls showed fantastic enthusiasm and determination throughout, smashing the conditioning work and bringing great energy to the technical sessions, even when fatigue started to set in.

It was also brilliant to introduce some prehab exercises and plyometric movements, helping the players build strong foundations for performance and injury prevention.

A great start to the camp and plenty more hard work to come. Well done, girls! 🩷⚽️

Over the camps, we’ll focus on:
