Ever watch a fight and see one guy become a punchbag on the ropes?

Or worse, maybe it’s even happened to you in sparring.

You come out. You touch gloves. And suddenly you’re trapped in the corner eating shots with nowhere to go.

What’s actually happening is you’re focused on punching faster when you should be focused on positioning smarter.

Speed doesn’t win fights. Positioning does.
