Join us for a cosy Pyjama Pilates & Sound Bath experience, where comfort meets calm in the most soothing way.

We’ll begin with a gentle, low-impact Pilates session designed to stretch, release tension and help you reconnect with your body, all while staying snug in your favourite pyjamas. Suitable for all levels, this mindful movement focuses on relaxation as much as strength.

Afterwards, settle into stillness as you’re immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath. Let the calming tones quiet the mind, ease stress and guide you into complete relaxation.

To finish, enjoy a chilled glass of Prosecco as you ease back into the evening feeling refreshed, rebalanced and recharged.
