Life is good when you don’t let the 1% “biohacks” and 0.5% “industry secrets” get in the way of the 90% meat and potatoes of being generally disciplined and 10% of fu***ng about and finding out.
There’s a lot more flexibility in training and nutrition than you think, especially when you become disciplined in the key basics that actually matter.
