A week in the life of a strength and nutrition coach who gave up sweating the small stuff a long time ago.

Life is good when you don’t let the 1% “biohacks” and 0.5% “industry secrets” get in the way of the 90% meat and potatoes of being generally disciplined and 10% of fu***ng about and finding out.

There’s a lot more flexibility in training and nutrition than you think, especially when you become disciplined in the key basics that actually matter.

Effective training after 35 is a balancing act:

✅ What you WANT to do

Get this balance wrong, and you’ll train hard but look and feel like 💩

Here’s where most overwhelmed over 35s go wrong:

❌ Going all-out all the time (more isn’t always better)
❌ Eating like a child (not the man you want to be)
❌ Doing nothing about recovery (vital after 35)
