We offer high-energy circuit classes that build strength, endurance, and overall conditioning in a motivating group environment. For those looking for more personalised support, we provide one-to-one personal training sessions, giving members focused guidance to help them reach their individual goals faster and more effectively.

Our gym also runs boxing classes for kids, helping young people build confidence, discipline, and fitness in a fun and structured environment. For adults, we offer boxing fitness classes that combine technique and conditioning for a powerful, full-body workout.

With a variety of experienced personal trainers, TUF Fitness Gym also provides additional classes and specialised one-to-one sessions, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
