Sending all my love to my awesome team .
I'm so sorry but unfortunately I've still been advised against any high impact fitness from a physiotherapist and occupational therapist .

I have had it confirmed that osteoarthritis has deteriorated quite severely in 2 areas on both my knees .

I am however currently working on building some strength back in my legs and will do all I can not to be beaten .
Just for now classes will be reviewed in January next year ❤️

Class is most definitely on today. Unfortunately I've had to fall back onto my zumba gold seated training to adapt the class as I'm physically unable to dance on foot right now due to knee pain .
Come along but be prepared to smile, it is still a great workout using upper body and still moving and shaking , just at a slightly different tempo .

Morning all . Just an update as there is no class today . I'm doing my best to try and keep classes going but I'm currently not well with an arithritis flare up in my knees and after a busy day at a training event for work yesterday, I'm feeling very sore and achey .

Please keep checking the page for the next few weeks for updates.
Take care all and keep dancing any where and everywhere.
