Does your age stop you from trying something new?
As we get older, we become a lot more fearful of trying new things. This could fall down to a number of different factors including lack of confidence, anxious of injury or lack of knowledge.
The W8 GYM has been designed to be able to be used by all fitness levels and abilities. You can adjust the weight or the resistance to suit your needs! 🤩
We have lots of free workouts available on our YouTube Channel which offer different levels as well as Personal Trainers on hand to guide you through your journey.
Here is training her mum who is nearly 60! Danie’s mum has sciatica and due to this often suffers with Back & Glute pain. She doesn’t let that stop her from exercising, instead she adapts the exercises and weight to a level which she is comfortable with. 👍🏼

Doing 100 crunches a day will help build up your core strength and help with things such as balance, flexibility and reduce risk of injury. However, they will not get you a 6 pack!

We cannot spot fat reduce but what we can do is help reduce body fat by eating in a calorie deficit. This will help reduce overall body fat and create that “toned” look.

These exercises are great to incorporate into your workouts but shouldn’t be the sole reliance on achieving a toned stomach.

When on a fat loss journey it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself and miss out on socialising. Bbq good can be quite calorie dense so opting for lower fat, lean sources of protein and filling your plate with salad bits are great ways to keep your calorie intake low.

Yes girls you saw it right that’s a burger bun and sweet potatoes, carbs are fuel ⛽️ they should not be deemed as “bad”
