🌧️✨ Ladies Captain’s Day 2025 ✨🌧️
Rain certainly didn’t stop the fun at this year’s Ladies Captain’s Day! 💙
With an ABBA theme in full swing, the ladies set off full of enthusiasm (and coffee ☕) hoping to complete 18 holes. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other ideas, and play was eventually called after 9 holes. But that didn’t stop the celebrations!

🍦 Ice creams and a quiz to keep spirits high
🍽️ A fantastic buffet to round off the day
A huge congratulations to our winners, Jo Hadley, Jane Rees and Maggie Alan-Williams, who bravely battled the elements and even continued on to the 15th hole – although sadly without any bonus points! 🏆👏
And finally, a special mention to Club Captain Clive, who embraced the theme perfectly with his ABBA T-shirt and umbrella at the ready! ☔🎤
The toughest challenge of the day? Deciding the winner of the Best ABBA Outfit competition! As the photos show, everyone looked absolutely fabulous. 💃🕺✨
