Fear holds a lot of ladies back,
They will tell themselves, their friends, their family and partner, day after day how they want to lose weight,
How they 'Need to do something'
But rather than actually doing something about it,
They won't,
Not because they're lazy,
or can't be assed,
They are scared,
Scared of failing,
Scared of really trying and it not giving them the changes they want,
Scared of putting in every ounce of effort and it not paying off,
and it's all normal,
So you'll keep telling yourself the reason you can't start is time, money, work, life, kids,
When actually you're worried,
Scared,
Frightened,
That it won't work and you'll fail like all the diets before,
and the truth is, you don't want to feel like that again, so it's easy to try and forget about it,
But here's the thing,
There's always going to be pain,
But you have a choice what type of pain that is,
It's either sticking with the pain you are in now, being overweight and unhappy,
and temporary making it better by eating more knowing at the back of your mind it's making everything worse,
OR
You go through the pain of changing,
Yes, it will be uncomfortable,
Yes, at times, it will be a little bit s**t,
But going through the pain in option B gives you hope,
It gives you small wins everyday,
It gives you the motivation to continue,
and it gives you the big change you have always wanted,
So it's a pretty simple question?
