Krav Maga has no rules,no limitations and everything is allowed.We teach our students to deal with simple violent situations. Almost every attack used in Krav Maga includes a strike to a weak point .Students practicing Krav Maga will gradually improve self confidence,tolerance,restraint,physical fitness flexibility and speed. it will allow you to pick up valuable skills to protect yourself and your loved ones in a short amount of time.

Krav Maga was created by the founder of the International Krav Maga Federation, Imi Lichtenfeld and was originally intended for the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces.) In order to provide civilians an appropriate method of self defense that would help them, Imi founded the IKMF. The International Krav Maga Federation teaches the official Krav Maga that was first developed by the it's creator. Whether you're a local civilian, law enforcement officer, military personnel, or bodyguard the IKMF is the best available Krav Maga in the world.

Never done Krav Maga before? Perfect. This course is specifically for beginners.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll introduce you to practical Krav Maga and teach you how to become more confident, more aware and better prepared to deal with real-world situations.
