Poole Sailing is an RYA Recognised Training Centre for Practical Yacht Sailing Courses and shore-based theory courses. But more than that, we offer a wide range of sailing experiences, all of which can be tailored to your requirements, including;
Master Classes in Boat Handling and Sail Trim. RYA Courses with mature friendly instructors. Own Boat Tuition by friendly experts. Corporate Hospitality

and Team Building. Day Sails in Poole Harbour and Poole Bay. Yacht Racing and Race Training. Yacht Deliveries and Support Services. ELCAS Resettlement Training for the MoD.

Day Skipper Theory Evening Class

Venue: Parkstone Yacht Club.
Duration: 10 Monday Evenings.
Commencing: Monday, 12th January 2026.
Time: 19.00 to 22.00.

Fee £350 per person, (£375 for non-members) includes all RYA course materials. You need to bring pencils, eraser, plotter and dividers.

As the nights start to draw in, it's time to think about Navigation Classes.

Poole Sailing will be running Day Skipper Theory Evening Classes over ten weeks at;

Parkstone Yacht Club on Monday Evenings starting on the 6th October. And at:

Poole Yacht Club on Wednesday Evenings starting on the 8th October.
