Had Del White join in with us ladies
After a couple years out of the gym
He's getting back into it .
So is ladies agreed and let him join in with us all 🥊🥊

Also this week we welcomed a new lady
Cat . Great to have another member join us all 💪

None of us are having much luck recently all
Injured or suffering allergies
It's that time of year 🙄

But these girls still turn up show up
Doing what they can and
Don't make excuses !!

Even myself
Been unable to join in of recent.
With injuries or illness
Managed to jump in today
And that felt good 😊

You can't get mocked for trying your best what's needed is to be admired 💪

Well done ladies for always turning up and getting stuck in no matter what 👌
