T2B - Completed 💯 ✅

Great job team! Thank you to everyone who came to our first gymnastics block of 2026! Next week we will be moving into our first handstand block for the year!

✅ Drills > for > Skills ✅

Here's the team smashing out some talk jerks, working on the timing of the split jerk. The aim here to for your arms to lock above head as your feet hit your split position. We are also focusing on a strong, firm catch, as well as being confident in getting UNDER the bar to avoid lock out 🧠 💪⚡

Lots to think about, but this will ultimately make you a better stringer lifter ❤️
