COVID-19:
So, we want to keep our customers training in the safest environment we possibly can. Equipment and Studio cleaning has been stepped up, as you'd expect, and you'll find extra blue roll and sanatiser available for use.
To help us look after everyone, what we need from you;
👉🏼 If you are feeling unwell, please stay away. You will be politely asked to go home if you have any signs of a cough or fever.
👉🏼 Clean fresh training clothes (should be the norm anyway).
👉🏼 Hands washed when you come into the studio, and when you leave.
👉🏼 Please bring a sports/hand towel to every session, and remember to take it home with you.
👉🏼 Please make sure you clean your equipment with the provided blue roll and cleaning spray.
Any customers with a Personal training or studio membership that have to self isolate over the coming weeks, will be given a home training program to complete, along with regular communication and updates.
We will keep updating everyone as things change.

Below is the most up to date advice;
Current advice from Public Health England is that those who have symptoms of coronavirus infection, however mild, should stay at home and self-isolate for 7 days.This will help protect others in your community, especially the most vulnerable, while you are infectious.
Symptoms to look out for are:
- a new continuous cough
- a high temperature (37.8 degrees or higher)
Please note: You do not need to call NHS111 to go into self-isolation. If symptoms become worse or you’re no better after 7 days contact NHS 111 online.
