It’s so important to keep stocked up on all your healthy foods, especially when dieting. This way you’re less likely to grab for the unhealthy options, you just have to make things as easy as you can for yourself to help you stay consistent 👊🏼
The nutrition side of fitness is often overlooked but I’d say it’s the most important thing to work on when you’re trying to achieve a certain goal. There’s no point in putting an hours work in, in the gym each day, if you don’t know how to maintain a balanced diet along side that.
There’s a lot of conflicting information out there but no fad diet, weight loss shake or diet pills will help you achieve and maintain those goals long term.
