We are a club in South Wales set up by players with many years of coaching experience! Come and join the fastest growing and most exciting sport in the UK. If you're looking to meet new people, get fit try something new and most importantly, have fun! Then this is the club for you! Don't worry if you haven't played before, we introduce all rules before each sessio

n to new players as well as placing them with more experienced players to help them along. We host weekly junior and adult recreational sessions:

Junior sessions (ages 3-15):
Mondays 7-8pm at Rhondda Sports Centre, CF41 7SY
Wednesdays 6-7pm at Llantrisant Leisure Centre, CF72 8DJ
Fridays 6-7pm at Hawthorn Leisure Centre, CF37 5LN

Adult sessions (ages 16+):
Mondays 8-9:30pm at Rhondda Sports Centre, CF41 7SY
Thursdays 8-9:15pm at Hawthorn Leisure Centre, CF37 5LN
