No body part grows by working it every single day. Rest and recovery is as important as fitness. In the hours after a workout, your muscles lose strength and power as they heal. However, after 36-48 hours, the muscle actually gets stronger, which is a process called supercompensation. You must give yourself rest in order to get the results!

At Paragon, how our members are performing mentally is always of an upmost importance, as are their overall fitness levels, nutritional knowledge, and the continued progression of their personal goals.

As such, each and every session - whether online, socially distanced and outdoors, or inside our premises when safe to do so - alters drastically. We keep our focus fresh and our sessions reflect that. Circuits fun, cardio dance blasters, boxing exercises, weighted workouts, partner-work, team games, and relaxing yoga are only some of the elements we incorporate.

We also work with each individual to find their personal goals and move with them into improvements in these areas, specifically.

So, what are your goals for yourselves or a family member? Don't think we can help you or them get there? Message us and we can work towards finding out if this is the case! :)
