Hamstring heaven at G.A.H Gym!
Nautilus lying leg curl, one of the best…
Nautilus single leg curl, hard but effective….
Cybex seated leg curl - need we say more…
Our other seated leg curl allows for a massive stretch if you set the foot pad high…
GHD - if you’ve never used one then prepare for a huge contraction!
