Today I have been busy attempting gluten free pizza dough! If there is anyone who sees this that is gluten free and would like to try one please get in contact, message, WhatsApp, Facebook. I have 4 left.
We’re only going to charge £2.50 for them tomorrow as it will literally be the 1st time attempt. (Extremely different texture to my other dough so I’m a bit nervous about rolling into a base 😬) I have all the ingredients written down for anyone to see and was very careful with any cross contamination. we would love your feedback/advice/constructive criticism on them! 🔥🍕🔥🍕🔥🍕🔥🍕

Last night we had the pleasure of putting on a talk at Clydach lakes based on life before, during and after boxing, the journeys, the highs, lows, mental challenges that come along with being in the spot light, how we deal with day to day situations to keep the best positive outcome that I can to get through certain challenges life throws at us.
All in all it was a cracking night, unfortunately at times the sound was a little quiet due to me just recording on the mobile phone, next time I’ll mic up to overcome my croaky voice ha ha.

Late night message before heading to bed for another 5 am wake up, in life at times, take a moment to send a little message, call, voice note or letter to people in your life that make your life better, unfortunately brothers and sisters in todays day and age, not enough of us have someone that tells us they appreciate us and that we are doing ace, don’t wait till it’s to late to tell someone how much you care, you’ll be supposed how many people actually need to hear those words.
