Today we had a jam packed mixed class which was full of laughter while learning new and improved skills! 🙌🏻

Everyone bought their all today and we left HQ with a skip in our step as per usual😊

Our team is growing, the demand for our service is growing and the vision and incentive remains the same - helping the community by taking a stand against domestic violence and abuse, teaching those to defend themselves and breaking cycles🙏🏻❤️

One thing you should know about the Boss, is that he has no ego & just wants to make a change in the community in his own way, without the vanity or glamour ...

I guess that's why he's got me to do all the social media stuff now???? 🫣🫣🫣🫣🤣🤣🤣

However I feel he should be celebrated because he's created a space for people like you and I can feel safe, and learn to be productive in our healing journeys. I can confidently say on behalf of myself and so many others who've attended even one class at CF, Carl is changing lives 🥰👏🏻👏🏻

Today, Tink. and Wednesday attended an event held by Behaviour Support Hub in Pontypridd representing us here at Counter Force Self Defense CIC 🙌🏻❤️

Getting to meet new and other organizations as well as the public is always fun and we definitely had a fabulous time😁... Tink and the Counter Force Kid absolutely dominated the buffet 😆 and Wednesday made some great links for us today! 💘

😊 Today we had a fantastic day full of laughter & learning! We had instructor training which is SO exciting with our team is growing and so is the demand of our service!

🤩 We even learned how to spar sat down, which was very different, but fun nevertheless! We had a great session from start to finish 🥊
