I take 1-1 sessions and also classes to help people on their fitness journey and help with a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

I am now fully certified for taking on pre & postnatal clients! I want to help as many people as I can and I hope to educate and help women with their fitness and nutrition through their pregnancy and after.
I want to help as many people as I can, but especially helping women be healthy, strong and confident within themselves and within the fitness environment. Personalizing each session to the individual, reaching their personal goals and working on a healthy sustainable lifestyle for them.

NEXT COFFEE MORNING!
SATURDAY 7TH MAY! One to One Gym
Come down to one to one gym for a coffee morning Q&A group, all members and non members welcome. Comfortable environment for asking any questions you may have about fitness, what goals you would like to achieve or maybe you’re not sure how you get started on your fitness journey.
My goal is to help people with their fitness journey and nutrition, to aim for sustainability and longevity with personalised plans and 121 sessions. To create the right mindset around fitness and nutrition and for people to enjoy what they do within they’re training. I am a strong believer this has a massive impact on your life outside the gym, creates confidence, a boost in mood and all-round positive knock on effect on your general day to day life.
Let’s discuss your barriers you may have, your goals you want to achieve, I am here to be that friendly face to ease any of that gym anxiety you may have.

I will be hosting a free Q & A morning for people to come and ask or talk about anything fitness or any questions on personal training or the gym its self! Come and join me on the first Saturday of every month starting from 7th May at One to One Gym.
This is a chance for people to ask anything they are not sure on, to talk about their fitness goals but might not be sure how to get there, or even to just meet me in the gym to give themselves a bit of confidence, I am here to help people with any questions or barriers they may have with their fitness journeys
