Yummy Breakfast.. 50g of porridge, 50g of raspberries, 50g of strawberries and 1 small banana 287 calories and 7.4g. It’s great to have slow releasing carbs for breakfast, as it helps to fuel you through the morning and keep you full until dinner time.

Finished off my cardio this morning, then had one of my lovely clients session. Late breakfast today 200g of 0%fat Greek yoghurt, 50g of blueberry, 50g pineapple, 50g strawberries, 50g raspberries, 40g of pomegranate seeds and 1 fig. All for 238 calories and 16g of protein.

Cardio and 3rd session of the week done! Keep pushing forward and I will get there! It’s the small changes that count!  ...
