Following a highly competitive and thorough recruitment process over the past few weeks, ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ง๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ง๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐
๐ is delighted to officially announce our new leadership team for the Reserves! ๐ค
We received a fantastic response of ๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ for the position of reserve team manager. The rigorous selection process included detailed vetting, written tactical scenarios, interviews, and on-pitch practical assessments.
This narrowed the candidates down from thirteen to just three, then two exceptional final candidates, before a final decision was reached.
We are now thrilled to confirm the appointment of our new management duo:

The club extends a massive thank you to all 13 applicants who put themselves forward. We also want to say a huge well done to ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ for pushing it all the way to the final stages. The standard of coaching talent was incredibly high throughout, making our final decision a tough one to call.
