Today wasn't the day for training, but I pushed it and it cost me my right arm 🤣🤷‍♀️🙈

Let's hope the best... when I wake up tomorrow it will be ok, at the moment, can't move it much, although my tens pods doing a great job 👍

So here it is a cute little advanced combo I am working on, with some variations for the ending 😉🙃

Really enjoyed it, I will definitely revisit the brass monkey roation bit, coz at the moment is non existent 🤭😉

Don't think it will be easy, lot of work, lot of dedication, bit of a sweat, bit of a pain 😅🤣

Ayesha... I've been doing them since 2019.
And I had to find out yesterday, that I can't get into it if I kick with my inside leg 🤷‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

It was sad.

I did another session with 💪

I think I'll just work on the last 2 classes' combos, plenty of new tricks to work on and I want to master them.
I was ill as well for a whole week, so didnt have much in me today when I trained 😅

I think I can do about 65/70% of combos atm, so I wanna clean the rest out before I learn even more new stuff 🤭😉

Our memberships are perfect if you want to train regularly but still have the flexibility to choose which sessions work for you.

You can be a complete beginner or already have pole experience —everyone trains at their own level, with individual coaching rather than simply following the group.

Our classes are kept small, with a maximum of 7 clients per session, so you get plenty of attention from your instructor.
