Wondering if it’s time to see a physio?
A lot of people wait longer than they need to. Here are three signs it's probably time to see a pro.
1️⃣ If you’ve had pain or stiffness that isn’t improving (particularly in your back, neck, joints or muscles) that’s usually your first sign. Rest helps sometimes. But if it keeps coming back, there’s normally a reason.
2️⃣ Another red flag is when everyday things start feeling harder than they should. Bending down, lifting shopping, sitting comfortably, walking without thinking about it. A drop in confidence often means something isn’t moving or working as well as it could.
3️⃣ And of course, injuries. Whether it’s from sport, work, an accident, or just years of sitting at a desk, these things rarely fix themselves properly without the right guidance.
