Last night, our annual Summer Games went down, with a brand new format.

And what an event it was!

Designed to allow our members to test themselves, before setting some performance targets for our Winter Games in December, we set the standard and watched this lot step up to it.

The result?

✅ PBs set
✅ Bars raised
✅ Challenges overcome
✅ And for some, realisation of just how much they are capable of 💯😍

Nothing says "community" more than people turning up to support each other as they all test their limits together

Great energy, great atmosphere, great vibes

And, a cheeky 🍕+🍻 social afterwards as well!

Big thanks to everyone who got involved & supported

This week, we delivered a few seminars for members focusing on the finer details of the front squat

It was a great opportunity to get a little deeper into the finer details & help prepare them for the next strength block that kicks off on Monday

As a team, our goal is to help educate & empower members of SPT and this was just another example of great coaching opportunity to help them move forward
