No training this week as I’m away, back as usual next Thursday Victoria Village Hall - Abersychan. Also excited to announce starting Tuesday 15th September we will also be holding classes at Talywain Scout Hall on church Road, 7pm - 8pm. All ages and abilities welcome, first 2 weeks are free for all new students.

An exciting week ahead as we welcome our OSSKA family from England to our club Victoria Village Hall - Abersychan this Thursday. Training has been extended for this week, 6pm-8pm.

Good morning all, last night was quite a warm session!! A fair amount of sweat was produced during the lesson and everyone pushed till the very last seconds of the lesson. Extremely impressed how you’ve all maintained coming to training during these very warm evenings. Bravo to you all 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Today we start our mini tour to wales and visit our Welsh dojo and Sensei Stu Best. It’s going to be a very action packed couple of days.
