A huge congratulations, to one of our U11s coaches, Matthew Theaker on completing the 2026 Tenby Ironman - an incredible achievement!

Crossing that finish line was the result of months of hard work, discipline and determination. The countless hours of training, early mornings, long sessions and personal sacrifices made along the way show just how much dedication this challenge required.

Matthew, you should be extremely proud of what you have achieved. Your commitment and resilience have been truly inspiring. Congratulations, Ironman - you earned every moment of it! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏅

Big thank you to Rhiwbina RFC for hosting such a fantastic and well organised day of rugby last Sunday.
Our U15s displayed an excellent squad performance and played lots of amazing rugby in both the Semi Finals and the Finals, coming away with that all important win! 💪🏼

Huge congratulations to our U14s who won the cup final at the Caldicot tournament on Sunday! 💪🏼🏆. After winning their pool, the u14s beat Clwb in the semi final before beating a good Blaenavon team in the final. What a day for our U14s - well done to all involved! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Our U11s welcomed Caerphilly RFC to the Ivor fields at Pontyclun RFC on Sunday and what a performance they put in!! 💪🏼💪🏼Well done to all the boys involved and especially to Ralph for receiving player of the game!

Today marked the start of something special for our youngest recruits, as they took part in their first games as part of our mini and junior section 🥳. Thank you to Pontypridd RFC for hosting, our U7s had a blast! 🏉
