This year, Santa’s elves are working overtime, so there aren’t enough elves to take part in the legendary annual Christmas Snowball Fight Final. We need YOUR child to save the day! The famous Snowball Fight Championship needs new heroes — and Elfie is ready to train YOU to carry the torch! Will your family help save the tradition?

FIREWORKS AT THE VALE RESORT - IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Sunday 2nd November

If you have purchased tickets to attend our fireworks event this Sunday, please read the following information.

Gates open at 5:30pm
Display start time is 7pm
Fireworks entrance is through the Leisure Club doors to the right of the hotel.
We advise you car share if possible as our car park will be extremely busy.
Sparklers are not allowed during the event.
This is a card only event. Please keep this in mind if you plan to purchase food or drink during the event.
Our first aid and missing child points will be located at hotel reception.
All staff working at the event will be wearing hi vis jackets and will be on hand to help.
Please have your tickets ready for when you reach the front of your queue.

Autumn Swimming Lesson Term: Opening the 11th of August at 8am

We’re excited to announce that swimming lesson bookings will open from 8:00am on Monday, 11th August — and here’s how it works:

Bookings open daily at 8:00am for that day’s lessons only.
For example:
Monday’s lessons open for booking on Monday 11th August at 8:00am
Tuesday’s lessons open on Tuesday 12th August at 8:00am
And so on throughout the week.
This system ensures fair access and up-to-date availability for all members. Be sure to book early each morning to secure your preferred slot!

We have been informed that there has been some changes to our lesson time table for the new term therefore, please familiarise yourself with what classes and days your child requires this term.

POOL & whirlpool bath UPDATE:

Our swimming pool and both whirlpools have been closed this morning and will remain closed for the rest of the day.

We are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to get these facilities back up and running as quickly as possible, and we hope to reopen the facilities by tomorrow afternoon (Monday 21st July).

Therefore, we are writing to confirm that the pool, and both whirlpools will remain closed today, tomorrow morning, and it is with our greatest effort that they will reopen early tomorrow afternoon.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.

In the meantime, you can still enjoy our sauna, steam room, gym, and racquet sport facilities, which remain open as usual.
