Two night shifts back-to-back to keep disruption to a minimum.
We pulled up the old sand-filled astro that’s been down since the club first opened…
Replaced it with a brand-new 7m x 13m sprint track and a full run of 20mm rubber tiles.
The functional area is now cleaner, tougher, and fully HYROX ready 💪🚀

Gym installation in London last week. This is Fight City's 3rd club 💪 This gym is absolutely stunning, not very often that we get to see the finished product. Made a good start to the preventative maintenance on the fitness equipment at Cardiff Metropolitan University's National Indoor Athletes Centre in Cardiff today. Skiergs done and dusted, and safety and function checks done on some of the strength equipment. Next we'll be sorting the Rowing club Rowergs before moving onto Cardiff Met Cyncoed Gym and finishing at the Llandaff Campus. Probably overc100 machines in total. Great to be busy doing what we do best 👌
