Cable machines are probably the most dangerous equipment in a gym in my opinion. Worth having them checked over by someone who knows what they are doing.
Its all good, until it goes all bad

Two night shifts back-to-back to keep disruption to a minimum.
We pulled up the old sand-filled astro that’s been down since the club first opened…
Replaced it with a brand-new 7m x 13m sprint track and a full run of 20mm rubber tiles.
The functional area is now cleaner, tougher, and fully HYROX ready 💪🚀
