Sitting by the sea in reflective mode. Some great end of season results finishing with the 70.3 in Weymouth....well done Alex, but also....10 mins PB for Lesley Bennett at the lambton trail run, loads of PBs at the GNR and a brill half distance debut for Fiona at the Geordieman.
Consistency and a plan make all the difference in terms of both results but enjoying your running and triathlon.

Brilliant weekend at The Lakesman this weekend, culminating in Mrs MC_Coaching Nikki Carpenter coming second in the V55-59 female category
First triathlon last year....first lakesman last year and now on the podium.
