⛳️ Golfing holidays Pro-Am!⛳️
What a day at Ponteland! After many, many years without a Pro-Am, it was fantastic to welcome professionals, amateurs and sponsors back to the Club today for our Golfing Holidays Sponsored Pro-Am.
Despite a slightly questionable forecast, the weather was largely kind to us and we were treated to some excellent golf throughout the day.
🏆 Professional Competition
It couldn’t have been much closer, with a three-way tie at the top:
🥇= Steven Harrison – 4 under, 40pts
🥇= Jonathan Graham – 4 under, 40pts
🥇= Jack McCall – 4 under, 40pts
4️⃣= David Clark – 3 under, 39pts
4️⃣= Craig Goodfellow – 3 under, 39pts
It was also brilliant to see such strong female representation amongst the professionals, with three female PGA Professionals competing today – surely that must be a record for the region! 👏🏌️♀️
🏆 Team Competition
The team event went right down to the wire, with just two points separating the top four.

It was also particularly special to welcome Ray Sentance, former NENW PGA Secretary, back to Ponteland. It was lovely to see Ray and have him join us for what was a very special day for the Club.
