An absolute pleasure to have are jack back in the gym for the last few weeks
Making incredible progress each and every session so he will be going back to his job as a professional footballer stronger than and better than ever.
Mainly working legs which is obviously the main for him but we are introducing upper too to ensure he is a strong as possible for his return back to next season.
As you can imagine he is super fit and he always pushes himself as much as possible each and Everytime.
Great job Jack

Gareth
Finishing another tough week with biceps
Weight coming down nicely
Strength always on the up
Lucky devil only has to train legs about once a month and drill making progress each and every session and this also allows his upper body to catch up
Although with how sore his legs are Everytime not sure he feels lucky
As with everyone I train making great progress Gareth does the best he can outside the gym with nutrition etc and always gives his all each and every workout and this is what's it's all about to keep making the kind of progress you want

Quick post
Strength still Increasing week on week
More food added this week and I've added even more food to start from tomorrow as she is now 28lbs down in 7 weeks after a very good offseason.
That's a pound down than before the off season started after the huge 65lbs weight loss from when she started about 18 months or so ago.
Her body is burning fat incredibly well so another little. I crease to ensure it's just fat as much as possible coming off whilst hanging into if not building at least for now more tissue.
Which is the case as she is still Improving strength and performance wise in the gym.
So people Know she is not on the jabs etc this is a properly planned programme and this year we are pushing to take her down now to super lean proportions.
Her dedication is always on point and that's why she is doing so incredibly well.

Beth
So finally after all this time I'm allowed to post a video of Beth
It has been a struggle 😂
What can I say
I love Beth she knows that
She used to come to my other full Commercial gym and she came back to me probably about 18 months ago now.
In that time she is over six stone down (around 85lbs) and her strength has increased absolutely beyond belief.
She has been through so much in her life but she has battled on and to say I'm proud of her would be an understatement.
We still have work to do but wow what An accomplishment.
You are a legend Beth and don't you forget it and you will 100% fully achieve your goals.

Isobel and Jack
These guys train with me twice a week legs one session upper body next.
30 mins max each session.
They have been improving each and every session week in week out
A few tweaks regular with nutrition etc a d bodyfat is coming down nicely whilst strength and performance continually on the up
Check out isobel's mid section even she was shocked when I showed her the video how streamlined it has become.
Jack just getting more muscular looking each week too.
More to come yet especially for the build up to there holiday.

It was an utter privilege to have him at potential gym yesterday doing what he does best.
It was an honour to have him at my gym and an honour now for me to call him my friend.

Jim
So I wanted to do one more post with an explanation about Jim's training as there are always questions.
So Jim trains with me three times a week
He does 9 working sets for his entire body
Not 9 per workout not 9 for each body part but 9 total.
So this is how it looks
Day one
Legs
Leg press
Two warm up sets and they are warm ups no real effort at all.
Getting a feel for the exercise etc
First around 30% ish of set weight for around 8 reps
Second around 65% ish for around 4 reps
Then one set max effort around 8 to 12 reps ish to failure
Leg curl no warm up same as main leg press set to failure
Seated calf raise no warm up same working set. Session done.
Day 2 pull as seen here
Lat pulldown one warm up set
One working set reps similar or same as legs
T bar row no warm up just one working set
Preacher curl no warm up just
One working set. session done
Day 3 of sessions for the week
Push
Chest press
One warm up set
One working set as with all working sets to failure again same or similar rep ranges
Shoulder press one working set no warm up
Rope pushdown one working set no warm up
Week done
Simple as that
Max effort max recovery max adaptation
Jim is around 260lbs down from around 285lbs
Much better condition but way stronger too so the exact balance as it should be
Before as always the nonsense starts
Jim uses trt dose of testosterone as his his own is low and that's 125 mg per week
However he still does come off it too for a few weeks each year to ensure all his levels stay correct and he is just as big just as strong as when he is on it.
Believe it or not but that's the truth.
Training is king and then the nutrition hydration sleep etc are done the best he can consistently which is a must to make the most progress.
