π Who can attend?
Anyone aged 16+ is welcome to join! Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities π€ We provide a safe, supportive space where you can enjoy some FUN exercise, build confidence, and work at a fitness level that feels right for you.
π What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable workout clothes, grip socks are a requirement for the trampolines so feel free to bring your own if you have them or you can buy them at class for Β£3
π What should I bring?
Water, Towel (if you need one π¦), remember to bring your socks back each week !!
π What if I canβt do all the moves?
Donβt worry, all of our routines include both higher and lower impact options to suit every fitness level. Our trampolines also have a T-bar for extra support and stability. If you prefer, your hands and feet never have to leave the trampoline β just move in a way that feels comfortable for you!
π What if I have an injury?
If you are unsure about taking part due to an injury, please consult your GP before attending. If you do decide to attend, please inform me before the class begins. All participants are required to complete a disclaimer form before their first class to disclose any relevant health concerns or issues.
π How do I book?
Message the page or 07415723026 to reserve your trampoline, once a space is confirmed payment should be made to secure your booking. No refunds or transfers will be available if cancelled within 24 hours of the class.
