We’re so excited to announce we will now be offering Mat Pilates classes! Join us every Wednesday evening at 5.30pm at our studio located at Kyte Business Centre in Darrington.

Mat Pilates is the perfect way to strengthen your whole body, improve mobility, flexibility and posture, and most importantly, make time for yourself to move, reset and feel good. 🤍

I’ve been working behind the scenes to make booking and managing your classes as simple and seamless as possible, and I’m so pleased to now have everything in one place.

From the new system, you can:
