Thank you to everyone who came along to Bounce today. 💛

With the heat, we switched things up a little... lower intensity, longer recovery breaks and plenty of opportunities to grab some water.

I know it wasn't our usual high-energy class, but your safety will always come first.

It meant so much that so many of you thanked me afterwards. It reminds me that looking after ourselves isn't about pushing through at all costs. Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is adapt.

Thank you for trusting me. Now go and keep cool, keep hydrated and I'll keep an eye on the forecast for Thursday. 🥵💦

🥵 HOT WEATHER UPDATE ☀️

At the moment, Bounce will be running as normal this evening, but we'll be switching to a hot weather format.

That means: 💧 Shorter exercise intervals 💧 Longer recovery periods 💧 Regular water breaks (think World Cup style! 😉)

The aim is to keep everyone moving safely while still having fun.

Looking ahead, Thursday is currently forecast to reach 36°C. If that forecast stays the same, class is unlikely to go ahead, as your safety will always come first. However, weather forecasts can change quickly, so no decision has been made at this stage.

Please keep an eye on this page and your messages over the next couple of days for any updates.

In the meantime... 🥤 Stay hydrated. 🧢 Keep as cool as you can. 💛 And remember, it's always okay to take things at your own pace.

Completely unplanned, but somehow we all got the memo. 😄

Looking at these photos made me smile because they capture exactly what I love about our classes.

Everyone arrives with their own story, their own challenges and their own reasons for being there. But for one hour, we get to step away from work, responsibilities, caring for everyone else and the endless to-do list.

An hour to move, breathe, laugh and reconnect with ourselves.

Not because we're chasing perfection. Not because we're trying to punish ourselves for what we ate at the weekend. Not because we're training for a marathon.

Simply because we know we feel better when we move.

More energy. More confidence. More balance. More laughter.

The matching colours were a complete coincidence. The sense of community isn't. 💕

Thank you, ladies, for making every class such a lovely place to be. 💖

💚 Movement doesn't have to be all or nothing 💚

Yesterday was a great reminder of why I love Bounce.

I had a gentler start to the day and saved my energy for my Bounce class. As an instructor, I was teaching rather than fully participating, so I definitely wasn't bouncing at 100% myself.

That's why I was so surprised to check my watch at the end of the day and see I'd smashed my 8,000-step goal with 8,390 steps! 👣🎉

It just goes to show how much movement a Bounce session can pack in, even when you're taking things a little easier.

One of the things I love most about Bounce is that it's kind to the joints while still giving you an effective workout. Whether you're bouncing high, keeping things low impact, or simply moving at your own pace, you're still doing something positive for your body.

Some days are about pushing yourself. Other days are about listening to your body and moving in a way that feels right for you.

Either way, every bounce counts. 💚

Confession time...

When we were younger, a good night out meant dancing until midnight.

Now a good night out means being home by 9pm, having a cup of tea and discussing which body part aches the least. 🤣

The good news?

Moving your body still feels amazing, no matter your age, size or fitness level.

You don't have to be the fittest in the room.
You don't have to have perfect coordination.
You definitely don't have to look like an Instagram fitness model.

You just have to show up.
