Amazing seeing so many faces yesterday as we get back to normality. The gym is open as normal now so anyone wanting to join or enquire feel free to contact us or call in to the gym. Let’s start May with a bang and get rid of that unwanted lockdown belly 💪

Hi guys. Not long now until we’re back open. The unit will be open between 10-2 tomorrow for anyone who wants to sign up or take a look around while we prepare the gym to open on Monday. It’s been a long and stressful 6 months but we’re here and perfect timing to get that beach body for the summer. With the governments lockdown announcement coming into effect at midnight yesterday it is with regret that we are now CLOSED until further notice In line with government guidance.

We will be back when restrictions allow.

Morning all, the gym will be unmanned this morning but still open. It will the usual system as the weekend. Whoever uses the facility can they make sure it's secure after use, sign the track and trace and sanitise the equipment which have been used. We have had a great response to join our waiting list for 2021 classes so far and we are still taking names for both Kids and Adults classes.

When we open everyone will get FOUR CLASSES FREE to try out, no commitment. Simply pop us a message/text or call with any questions that you may have about yourself joining or your child.
