Intense but enjoyable 8 week block of work completed with this bunch. Loads of sweat lost & laughs had along the way. 😄

Congrats to Gerard McNally on winning a trip to the Galgorm at the end of this month. Enjoy!

New 8 week block starting on Tues 21st March and running through to Thurs 11th May. Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.15am. Small number of slots available, get in touch if you’d like to join and get in the best shape possible for summer. 💪

Early morning bootcamp classes - no better way to start your day! 💪

Two separate classes to cater for those who are on the road that bit earlier for work.

Classes will consist of both bodyweight & strength workouts, suitable for all fitness levels. Sure to be tough & enjoyable.

Don’t leave it to the new year to get in shape!

The importance of having a goal in mind:

Dywane has been training at Burn fitness for a good while now, coming up on 2 years possibly, alongside other training. During this time he got on very well. Although, it’s only been this last 12 weeks where he has really levelled up, he booked a holiday & decided this would be the goal he was going to work towards, 12 weeks to get in as good of shape possible for Bali. Dywane then totally went to town on the nutrition side of things and took his training to a completely new level.

What’s impressed me most in how far Dywane has come is his mental resilience, from a man that at the very start I had to drag the work out of, he’s now asking for more at the end of every session, even the brutal ones.

1st picture - 17st 5lbs
2nd picture - 12st 12lbs

Total weight loss - 4st 7lbs!!!

Needless to say, he’s a much happier, healthier & more confident lad now, which is the main thing.

He doesn’t plan on stopping there either. Enjoy the well earned break. 👊💪

Friend & online client Davy Gray.

Davy, like many others let lockdown get the better of him and got into a rut of unhealthy living. He approached me about getting into better shape so we decided we would do a 12 week progressive programme and alter the food he was consuming.

Fast forward 12 weeks and he’s in the best shape he’s ever been in and a much happier man for it.

Hats off for rolling the sleeves up and getting stuck in as this programme was far from easy! 👏

This isn’t just for 12 weeks, as Davy stated himself, this is now a lifestyle change. 🙌
