You don't need to come to a private hoop lesson every week, you have work commitments, a family, other hobbies, social plans, money struggles or just want a well deserved rest. That's OK 😊 you will surprise yourself with how strong and flexible you still are after some time off.

As of Wednesday 11th January I will be trial running beginner classes 6-7pm 😊

£10 per person, max of 4 per class.
Full payment required when booking, must have a full class to run.
